Three levels, roughly 412 m² built across a plot of about 1,494 m², with Mediterranean views and the mountain behind. The renovation is ours from the first drawing to the last handle.
Three levels, one idea
The living level
A spacious living area and a modern kitchen, with the interiors opening straight onto the terraces and the garden. True indoor and outdoor living, not a phrase on a brochure.
The terraces
The balcony carries the living space outdoors and holds the view. Shade where the day needs it, sun where it does not.
The private suite
The upper floor is given over entirely to one bedroom suite, with its own dressing area, bathroom and separate toilet. A floor that belongs to nobody else.
Refined contemporary, not fashionable. The house is being built to still look right in twenty years.
