About Leovari
Leovari is a Marbella real estate company. We know the coast, the addresses, and the people who build here, and we put that knowledge to work for a small number of clients at a time. Some of the homes are ours. All of them are chosen, checked, and stood behind by the people who show them to you.
WHERE WE COME FROM
Leovari grew out of a career that began in the Netherlands, in real estate. Over three decades, that work grew from a single building into a portfolio of offices, business centres, and homes, held and managed for the long term rather than traded.
Marbella was the natural next chapter. We came for the coast, its addresses, and the way people want to live here. Leovari is the Spanish home of that work, a real estate company that knows the market from every side, carrying everything the years in the north taught us about quality, patience, and looking after people properly.
THE FOUNDER
Don has dedicated his career to real estate. He learned early on that the best deals are built on relationships, and that every building is only as strong as the people behind it.
He works the same way in Marbella. Close to the market, close to the people, and close to every home that carries the Leovari name.
